So, the good news is that I'm getting promoted and I'm interviewing my replacement. The bad news is that I'm not really finding any good candidates to take my place. The neutral, but somewhat irritating, news is that my boss is out of town until October 10th, so nothing is going to happen until after that.

Anybody want to be an Executive Assistant? I'll be your best friend...
